Our order minimum is $75. Having an order minimum allows us to provide you with competitive pricing and ensure operational efficiency.

Yes! You can mix and match products/services to meet the minimum order value, to include apparel, digitizing fees, and embroidery fees. 

Our current turnaround times on average for items provided by the customer: 1-11 items are 7-10 business days, 12-24 items are 10-14 business days, 25-49 items are 15-20 business days, and 50 or more items are a one-month minimum. Complex orders/add-ons may increase turnaround. Delays in approval of embroidery samples could also result in production delays.

Stitch Art Studio currently offer Gym Bags, Totes, Polo Shirts, Fleece Jackets, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Beanies, and Safety Gear. The embroidery is still offered as a service where the customer can provide us with garments purchased from any vendor. The color and fabric of your garment are essential considerations when selecting. Fabric textures and weights affect how your design is digitized for our embroidery machines.

Customers may provide their items by bringing them to 110 Traders Cross, Bluffton, SC 29909 (Located in Okatie Center Commercial Park). Please call or schedule an appointment before you head to the location. Once your garments are complete. If shipping will be used to send and receive your items. We kindly request that you take our turnaround times into consideration.

We go to great lengths to ensure every order is done correctly. Our customers are valued, regardless of size, and we want you all to know that. Any order prepared differently than the mock-up approved will be granted a redo of the defective product. All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of the date of delivery to question@stitchartstudio.net. We do not offer refunds but will gladly replace any production errors.

We are closed for the following holidays. These days will not be considered working business days. They will not count towards turnaround time: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, The Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, The Day After Christmas, New Year's Eve.

Changes to your order after it has been placed will ensure it is completed on time, even if you have paid a rush fee and/or given us a required date. You must wait to place your order until you know all the details. Once the process begins, we will work on different aspects of the job. Changes become time-consuming.
