4-STEP EMBROIDERY ORDERING PROCESS

Stitch Art Studio currently offer Gym Bags, Totes, Polo Shirts, Fleece Jackets, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Beanies, and Safety Gear. The embroidery is still offered as a service where the customer can provide us with garments purchased from any vendor. The color and fabric of your garment are essential considerations when selecting. Fabric textures and weights affect how your design is digitized for our embroidery machines. Determine the color, size, and quantity necessary for each item. Also, note the thread colors you want to use for your design. Designate an area on the garment where your design will be embroidered.

Embroidered designs and logos have limitations and follow specific parameters to reproduce correctly to preserve the integrity of your design. A review by our digitizing department is required. Choose a type that suits your needs. 

• Full, custom-embroidered logos, designs, or art
• Personalized garments (name, initials)
• Appliqué Lettering

Determining the cost of a custom embroidery job will vary with each order because every design or logo is different. Many other factors are involved in delivering an order according to a client's specifications. 

Generally, the larger and/or more complex the design, the higher the cost. An estimate will be provided after approval of the design, item selections, and delivery. This estimate will be honored for a period of up to 30 days. Name and initials embroidery will not require digitizing while using the available fonts.

 The image must first be digitized to embroider a design onto a garment. Digitizing a design converts your art into an embroidery-ready file format. The digitizing process can begin once your design is reviewed, and you have accepted our quote. 

Our digitizers use computer software to help them accurately convert your image into a pattern of stitches that our embroidery machines can read. They strive to maintain the integrity of your logo while keeping the stitch count low. Keeping the stitch count low helps to keep the cost of your order down. After your image has been digitized, a sample stitched out is embroidered. It is then emailed in JPEG format for your review and approval. A sample stitch can also be mailed to you for an added charge. Email your approval or edits to question@stitchartstudio.net 

Your order is now ready to enter production. The turnaround time on your order with Stitch Art Studio starts when you've paid in full, and your samples are approved. Your invoice will be sent to the email address on file. A delay in receipt of any of this info could result in production delays.

Local customers may provide their items by bringing them to 110 Traders Cross, Bluffton, SC 29909 (Located in Okatie Center Commercial Park). Please call before you head to the location. Once your garments are complete. If shipping will be used to send and receive your items. We kindly request that you take our turnaround times into consideration.

Customers will be contacted via email or phone when their order is ready for pick up at our local business address listed above or shipping. We ship using UPS Ground. 3-day, 2-day, and next-day delivery are also available. Standard UPS ground services fees are applied to an approved ship-to address. Any expedited shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Depending on stitch count, quantity, and shipping. Please add an additional week to your turnaround time for special orders. Our current turnaround times on average: 1-11 items are 7-10 business days, 12-24 items are 10-14 business days, 25-49 items are 15-20 business days, 50 or more items are a one-month minimum.
