Terms and Conditions

Stitch Art Studio currently offer Gym Bags, Totes, Polo Shirts, Fleece Jackets, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Beanies, and Safety Gear. The embroidery is offered as a service in which the customer can provide us with garments purchased from any vendor of their choice. The color and fabric of your garment are an important consideration when making your selection. Fabric textures and weights affect how your design is digitized for our embroidery machines.


*Minimum Order Requirement*

We require a minimum order of $75. This policy allows us to ensure efficiency and maintain the highest quality standards for our products and services, to include apparel, digitizing fees, and embroidery costs. Thank you for your understanding and support of our business.


Turnaround Time

The turnaround time on your order with Stitch Art Studio starts when you’ve paid in full, and your samples are approved. Delay in receipt of *any* of this info could result in production delays. Embroidery samples are sent within 24 hours, after receiving payment and all necessary information.

Our current turnaround times on average:

1-11 items are 7-10 business days

12-24 items are 10-14 days

25-49 items are 15-20 days

50 or more items are a one month minimum  


Complex orders/add-ons may increase turnaround. Delay in approval of embroidery samples could also result in production delays. Each finishing service, adding roughly 2 days per finishing to the turnaround time.

If you have a deadline for your order, it is very important that you let us know when placing your order and a rush fee may apply if there is not enough time to complete your order under normal circumstances. If you do not advise us about a due date until after your order has been paid for and pushed through our system, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Any circumstances out of Stitch Art Studio’s control (i.e.: weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turnaround time estimate.


Terms

Orders must be paid in full before the order begins unless otherwise approved by Stitch Art Studio staff. If you pay via check, the turnaround time clock on your order will not begin until your check clears.

Example: Acme, Inc. emails Stitch Art Studio about placing a T-Shirt order. Stitch Art Studio sends Acme a Quote. Acme approves the quote and Stitch Art Studio sends an Invoice. Acme waits 3 weeks, then pays for the order. Once payment is received, Stitch Art Studio places/begins the order on the schedule.


Changes to Your Order After Payment

Any changes to your order after it has been placed will delay your order, even if you have paid a rush fee and/or have given us a required date. It is very important that you do not place your order until you are certain of all the details. Once the process begins, we will start to work on different aspects of the job, changes become time consuming.


Must-Have Dates

Stitch Art Studio will do everything we can to meet any must-have date, but we cannot guarantee it. Rush fees may apply. Customer may be responsible for any expedited shipping charges associated with the order.


Deliveries

Once your garments are complete. We can deliver them to you within a 50 mile radius for a $15 fee. Additional fees will apply for locations beyond a 50 mile radius.


Shipping 

Since in most cases shipping will be used by customers to send and receive their items. We kindly request that you take our turnaround times into consideration. Embroidery orders will be returned using USPS Shipping.

We offer express shipping for rush orders for a fee of $30.00.

Stitch Art Studio cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping company.

Examples: UPS cannot deliver your package on time due to inclement weather.

UPS delivers your package to the wrong address (although provided the correct address) and you do not receive your products on time.

We are closed for the following holidays. These days will not be considered operational business days and will not count towards turnaround time:

Returned Checks

There will be a $30.00 returned check fee.


Garment Disclaimer

Stitch Art Studio is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, and/or garment defects (holes in garments, ripped seams, etc.). We try our hardest to inspect the garments as we embroider them, but we cannot guarantee each garment. We are not the manufacturers of these garments, so we cannot ensure their construction. We highly recommend ordering 5% extra of each size if an exact count is important, and carefully inspect your items before providing them to us.


Claims

We go to great lengths to try to ensure that every order is correct. All of our customers are valued customers, regardless of size, and we want you all to know that. Any order prepared differently than the mock-up approved will be granted a redo of the defective product. All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of date of delivery. Please email question@stitchartstudio.net to submit your claim. If Stitch Art Studio is responsible for any errors in your order, we will gladly accept responsibility for the issues and will redo the items embroidered in error. We do not offer refunds but will gladly replace any production errors that exceed the spoilage rate.


Embroidery Digitizing

Embroidery digitizing converts artwork into a digital file using software that allows embroidery machines to understand the needle's path. Suppose you want your custom design or logo embroidered on a garment. You must first begin with having it digitized. Logo digitizing fees start at $35 for under 10,000 stitches.

Once the logo is digitized a stitch count will dictate the price for the embroidery. An average left chest logo at 4” is usually around 10,000 stitches and can cost between $13.00 to $50.00 per item depending on quantity and complexity.
